  9. You as a user of this software and the author agree to keep the following 
  10. determinations:

  12. Validity of the license
  13. You are authorized to install and to use this software on one computer. 
  14. Additional licenses are required for use on more computers, the number of 
  15. the users mustn't exceed the number of the licenses in a net. Shareware 
  16. versions of this software can be tested for 30 days, after 30 days the 
  17. license is withdrawn.

  19. Protection of the software
  20. This software is owned by the author and is protected by copyright laws, 
  21. international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws.
  22. Changes of the software and the accompanying material are not allowed, 
  23. especially you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the 
  24. software.
  25. The Software is freely distributable, but has to be complete and unchanged. 
  26. For CD-ROM, it may be distributed in installed form without changes after 
  27. the installation. It is strongly prohibited to distribute the software 
  28. together with a license number.
  29. You agree to use no license number of others. You also agree to keep your 
  30. own license number private and to take care that nobody can find out your 
  31. number. You may transfer your rights under this license agreement on a 
  32. permanent basis by communicating the address of the new owner to the author 
  33. and committing to stop using your license number.

  36. The software is supplied as it is. The author disclaims all warranties, 
  37. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of 
  38. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no 
  39. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the 
  40. use of the software.

  73. pers÷nliche Lizenznummer geheim zu halten und dafⁿr zu sorgen, da▀ niemand 
  74. sie erfΣhrt. Sie dⁿrfen Ihre Lizenz auf Dauer an einen anderen ⁿbertragen, 
  75. indem Sie dem Autor die Adresse des neuen Besitzers mitteilen und sich 
  76. verpflichten, Ihre Lizenznummer nicht weiter zu nutzen.

  79. Fⁿr fehlerhafte Originaldisketten erhalten Sie kostenlosen Ersatz, wenn Sie
